ESA has successfully secured a planning consent for this new Amenity Hub for Croxley Park.

Our client's brief was to prepare designs for a series of interlocking buildings that would provide a central 'hub' to the park for tenants, guests and visitors, allowing the events and activities that take place in the park to be greatly expanded.

​

The buildings have a distinct visual appearance, developed from a series of design workshops held with the client and key stakeholders in the park, which set them apart from the commercial buildings of the greater Park and provides highly flexible cafe, restaurant, gym, gallery, reception and meeting spaces.

​

Set beside an existing pond, landscaping plays a key role in the overall design allowing for the successful use of external as well as internal spaces.

​

Construction is expected to commence in Q4 2017.
