ESA Architects were instructed to explore the opportunities for a brownfield site in Croxley Green, Watford. The scheme was granted planning permission in July 2017. It consists of 485 Residential units housed in 4 blocks and a 25 storey tower. These are arranged to create a residential courtyard and around 1,000sqm of commercial space, community space and over 5,000sqm of new publicly accessible green space.

The scheme has been designed specifically for Build to Rent (BTR). As such, additional amenities are provided including a gym, cinema room, club room and concierge.

The scheme is nearing completion with handover and occupation of three blocks. Completion is expected Q2 2023.
