In November 2015 and following a competitive tender and interview process, Capita ESA were appointed by Leeds City College to provide a full multi-disciplinary design consultancy service for the redevelopment of Printhall 1a, grade 2 listed building, at the former Alf Cooke Playing Cards Printworks site in Leeds City Centre.

The former Printworks site now forms LCC’s £25m ‘Printworks’ Campus and offers specialist vocational subjects including Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy, Catering, Hospitality, Food Manufacture and Motor Vehicle workshops.
