ESA led the successful Capita Multidisciplinary Design Team support to Hochtief’s successful appointment in 2016 to deliver the detailed design and construction of a significant extension to the existing Victoria Line station. The design received had been completed in 2013 and changes in operations and standards required the concept design to be revisited completely within the constraints of a Planning Approval received in 2014.
